Condensed Elaboration About Department of Education

The motto of the EDUCATION DEPARTMENT IS "PROMOTION OF ACADEMIC AND NON-ACADEMIC POTENTIALITIES AMONG THE STUDENTS".

The subject ‘EDUCATION’, included in the three years degree courses in the Arts stream has been regarded as one of the most potential courses in present days.

The Education major course was introduced in our college in the year 1999.The worth mentioning fact is that forty six (46) students had already highlighted this department securing 1st class in B.A. Final Examination of Dibrugarh University. In the year 2006 and 2011 two students had secured the top rank and in 2003, 2005 and 2006 three students had secured the second top rank. Many of the students are now getting engaged in different schools, colleges and other professional areas.
